We source all our products from in around Japan. However our next step is to trade through a brick and mortar facility somewhere in the heart of Singapore. 

Exchange and refund policy

Most of our products are vintage and have been assessed, priced and specified based on its condition as they will show signs of wear due to age. If you have received a package or product that is defective or incorrect, please reach out via Contact section within 7 days to request a return. 

Any packages that are not meeting those criteria could be denied a return.

Shipping restrictions

We are able shipping most products with specifications below 150cm in length and 11kg in weight. For products that are larger than this specifications, please contact us for shipping rates.

Where will your products be shipped from?

All products are shipped out from Singapore.

Where are your products sourced?

Majority of our products are sourced in and around Japan. However we do currently source a small percentage of our collection from North America and Central Europe.

Are all your products vintage?

Our commitment is to provide a conscious solution to consumerism by sourcing pre existing products with exception to particular categories such as products associated with consummables. 

How safe is it to purchase vintage products?

All our products are put thorough inspection and cleaning to ensure the health and safety of our consumers are met.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. 

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be replenished?

Most of our vintage items are sourced from many places at different times and price points so we cannot guarantee that it will be replenished.

I received my order, but the item was damaged. What should I do?

All orders are inspected prior to packaging and shipping. If you received a damaged item, please let us know 48 hours of its arrival. If you notice damage on the box which affected the product, please assist to photograph this and inform us.

It is important to keep all original packing material, the original box if any, as well as the damaged item so all three components can be picked up by the responsible courier service for damage inspection.

Unless these conditions above are met, we are unable to take responsibility for any damages.

How do Custom orders work?

All we require are the necessary contact details, information on what you are looking for and an expected delivery date. Once we have received this information, we will keep an eye out during our sourcing trips and share images, details and pricing alongside options for your consideration. We usually communicate on whatsapp or instagram messaging which are kept informal as we are always on the go.

Why is a $50 deposit required for Custom order?

Custom orders take time and we go out of our way to increase the likelihood of finding what you need. We are usually handling numerous requests at any one time and we would like to know that each and every request is wholeheartedly committed. It pushes us to go the extra mile.

In the event that we have gone through a few rounds and are unable to find what you need, we will refund the deposit.
