All sales are final.


As the majority of our products are vintage and one-offs, we cannot accept any form of exchange or refund. However, we can honor exchanges if the item has been damaged during delivery, in which case compensation will be borne by the courier company. Please note that vintage products may come with signs of patina and wear, which is part of the charm of vintage or handcrafted objects and should not be mistaken as damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.



If you wish to exchange a brand new item, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Once we have confirmed your exchange, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the physical product. The initial order will be refunded, and a separate purchase for the new item is required. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Do note that an extended processing period may be required depending on each bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
