Nambu Tekki Incense Stand - Sasagatatsuyuoki

Nambu tekki is a form of ironware produced in Morioka, Iwate prefecture, Japan. It dates back to 17th century Edo period. Chushin Kobo was established in 1997 by Hisanori Masuda. As the company is not as old as other foundries, he is able to build on traditional practices and explore more contemporary designs.

Sasagatatsuyuoki is an elongated incense holder that can fit most incense sticks on the market. The incense stick is supported by a rounded brass weight.
